Our organization
Constituted as an association under the French law of 1901 and recognised as being of general interest, SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL is based on an open associative governance: any person – anywhere in the world – who demonstrates an interest in the action of our association can ask to join us, and thus become an adherent member.
Governance
Each year, at the General Assembly, which is held both online and physically at the association’s headquarters, members vote on the moral and activity report presented by the President of the association and the financial report presented by the Treasurer. They also elect the Board of Directors, which elects the Bureau of the association from among its members.
The Board of Directors has 18 voting members. 2 honorary members and 2 qualified personalities are regularly invited. They meet 4 times a year on the basis of an agenda prepared by the Bureau.
The Bureau is composed of 7 members and ensures, by delegation of the Board of Directors, a monthly follow-up of the activities, the budget and the strategic decisions engaging the action of our NGO.
SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL is currently chaired by Antoine PEIGNEY.

THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
The Management Committee is composed of six directors and four deputy directors. It oversees the day-to-day operations carried out by the 126 employees at the headquarters in Clichy (92) and by the 2,240 national and international employees based in our field operations.
