Edouard Lagourgue

Involved in humanitarian work since the 1980s, Edouard Lagourgue was first a volunteer with SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL in Afghanistan and Pakistan, then he often collaborated with the organisation on various emergencies and with various NGOs (Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, etc.) and then as a qualified personality with the French Adoption Agency. Édouard has worked in real estate and communications. He is now a company administrator. 

As a member of SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL, in accordance with the organisation’s principles and strategy, Édouard wishes to

Contribute to the spirit of solidarity, a duty in the face of injustice generated by disasters, consolidate humanitarian action in the field, bring to the Board his corporate experience, and therefore contribute to the resilience of vulnerable populations.

Edouard joined the Board in 2008. He was elected member of the Steering Committee in 2011. He was Chairman of the Board from 2013 until 2018.
