Lisa Daoud
After a Master in Political Sciences at Sciences-Po Grenoble, Lisa immediately became involved in the humanitarian field. Between conflicts and refugee crises, she has worked for 6 years alongside the implementation teams to provide training and support on quality and accountability issues. Two years spent between Côte d’Ivoire and Darfur were an opportunity to manage project teams and to confront the reality of humanitarian responses: difficulties of access, impoverishing operational space, difficulties in finding sufficient resources to cover needs… Lisa then joined Solidarités International teams in Lebanon and then in the technical department at headquarters. As the first MEAL officer (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning), she visited most of SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL’s countries of intervention to help teams identify their quality problems and implement efficient processes to improve their response. In 2018, she contributed to the implementation of a global intervention logic for SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL.
