Céline Beaudic

Céline Beaudic has a degree in international law and has been working in the humanitarian and development sector for over twenty years. She has led numerous multidisciplinary teams and managed programs in Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and the Caribbean.

She has held country director positions (Sri Lanka, Sudan, Pakistan, Haiti, DRC, Côte d’Ivoire) with SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL and Merlin, before joining Médecins du Monde, then Terre des hommes, where she now manages the association’s activities in Middle East after several years in Egypt and Kenya. Her expertise includes emergency response, public health, protection, migration, strategic planning, and change management.

After serving as vice chairwoman of SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL between 2013 and 2015, during which she contributed to defining the association’s strategy and a major governance transition, she rejoined the board in June 2025.
