Tiphaine Dupont

Passionate about finance, numbers and humanitarian aid, Tiphaine Dupont has always worked in this sector.

She started her career at ACTED’s headquarters and then spent three years in the field in different countries as Financial Coordinator.

Back in France, she discovered more concretely the role of finance at headquarters by joining Bibliothèques Sans Frontières (Libraries Without Borders). She structured the finance, administration and HR department of a small association, which experienced very strong growth.

Finance ensures the best match between our resources and needs. Finance supports the teams that implement the activities on a daily basis. Finance also plays a key role in internal management, a significant driver of SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL’s strategy, and of the discussions around our economic model.
