On August 31, 2021, the NGO SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL and the Department of Management Sciences at the University of Paris-Dauphine signed a partnership agreement in which the two institutions agreed to collaborate for a period of three years.
SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL and the University of Paris-Dauphine thus intend to promote their common interest in solidarity, cooperation, and social utility.
Within the framework of this partnership, the students will be responsible for :
– Organizing an event to raise awareness for SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL on November 3, 2021, at Place des Ternes, Paris 17th, designed to highlight the struggles faced by the organization, particularly in terms of access to drinking water for all,
– Observing, comparing, and analyzing the marketing practices implemented by other NGOs in France and abroad,
– Developing an educational management case study on the strategic issues of an NGO, and
– Organizing a public conference on one of SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL’s areas of expertise.
In turn, SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL will participate in the Management Science lecture by presenting its business model, governance, and objectives to students and offering a careful reading and commentary on the results. The most qualitative work will be formally presented to the NGO’s management.
For an NGO like SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL, it is essential to allow as many students as possible to learn about our activities. The aim is to make younger generations aware of the possibility of a humanitarian career working for the general interest, to make them aware of the reality of our field of action, and to invite them to become ambassadors for our actions, explains Kevin Goldberg, CEO of SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL.
