Response to drought, food markets in Chad

Over the past few years, SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL has developed cash transfer programs. This approach provides support throughout the emergency phase, the restoration of the local economy and allows the populations to choose what is best for them. Moreover, these programs allow greater flexibility in the type of the help provided and are recognized for the way in which they respect the dignity of the populations.
