As a means to explain how our field teams are organised,
here is the organisation chart of the Solidarités team in Burundi.
Each job title is a link to a full job description.

We have taken the example of the Burundi team in order to present the various jobs within a field team.
These job descriptions also apply to the other countries in which Solidarités intervenes, in particular concerning the responsabilities undertaken by the volunteers and the profiles of the candidates that we seek.
